Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and coach the sales team to expand into the luxury real estate market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to clientele and regions.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team achieves revenue targets.
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and build relationships with affluent buyers and sellers.
- Expand the client base through networking, marketing, and prospecting.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and making key introductions.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research and analysis to make informed decisions.
- Provide expert advice and pricing recommendations based on market conditions.
- Devise sales strategies to maximize ROI and market success.
Client Representation:
- Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring trust and transparency throughout the process.
- Provide personalized service, expert negotiation, and strategic guidance.
Transaction Management:
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise between parties.
Networking and Collaboration:
- Cultivate relationships with industry professionals to facilitate transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to support sales efforts.
- Ensure clear communication within the sales team and with other departments.
Requirements- UAE driving license and own vehicle.
- Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate experience.
- Experience in selling and managing luxury property.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Real Estate License and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
