Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented, full-time Electrical Engineer to join our client's team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for various projects. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for projects in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Create and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that electrical designs integrate seamlessly with other systems.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs for automation and control systems.
• Participate in project meetings, provide technical expertise, and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software for electrical design and drafting.
• Experience with PLC programming and automation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Prior experience in the engineering or construction industry is preferred.
