Construction Manager

• Lead and manage all aspects of highrise tower construction projects ensuring adherence to safety regulations quality standards and project timelines.
  
• Oversee project planning scheduling and budgeting to achieve project goals and objectives.
  
• Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and subcontractors to coordinate construction activities and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
  
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
  
• Ensure compliance with local regulations building codes and permit requirements throughout the construction process.
  
• Manage project budgets including cost estimation budget allocation and expenditure tracking to ensure financial objectives are met.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals providing guidance support and motivation to achieve project success.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and specifications.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients project team members and senior management to provide project updates and address any concerns.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
  
• Minimum of 810 years of experience in construction management with a focus on highrise tower projects.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering highrise tower projects on time and within budget.
  
• Strong understanding of construction processes methodologies and best practices.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve project objectives.
  
• Thorough knowledge of construction regulations building codes and safety standards.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  
• Fluency in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not required.
  
• Professional certification in project management or construction management (e.g. PMP CMIT).
  
• Experience working on highrise tower projects in Dubai or the Middle East region.
  
• Familiarity with local construction practices regulations and market conditions in Dubai.
