BIM ARCHITECT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::

• Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM execution plans and standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance on BIMrelated issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models for architectural components.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct quality checks on BIM deliverables to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Facilitate coordination among multidisciplinary teams by integrating architectural BIM models with other disciplines.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to optimize workflows and improve project outcomes.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit ArchiCAD etc.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
• Experience developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of industry advancements.
