Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and schedule work crews, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient and productive operations.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Supervise and mentor construction crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Inspect work sites regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
