As the leader of one of the largest departments within the Regional Office you will strive to consistently build inspire and lead a team who feels fairly treated valued and respected. What will I be doing

  • Be accountable for efficiently executing the Reservations strategy across the Middle East whilst supporting the overall vision and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies processes standards and legal requirements and successfully delivers results for all internal and external audits or reviews.
  • Act as the liaison between the hotels and commercial for daytoday reservations optimization.
  • Ensure that the team deliver highquality customer service addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct quality checks for bookings and ensure all bookings are correct prior to guests checkin.
  • Drive a sales culture promoting direct bookings and upselling and crossselling hotel properties.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely communication of hotel reservations to the guests and internal operations.


Requirements

  • Computer Literate Excel CRS PMS and other Microsoft applications
  • Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
  • Communication skills

  • Teamwork & collaboration

  • Preferred 5 years of experience in customer service role within Hotel Industry
