Job Description


What You Get To Do

  • Develop a compelling content strategy and thought leadership framework around key themes to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and earned media.
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, and communications teams to develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with product roadmaps, event calendars, and corporate brand initiatives.
  • Manage a detailed quarterly plan and an annual plan of continuous overlapping integrated campaigns.
  • Drive top-of-funnel leads and brand awareness through various thought leadership content formats, including whitepapers, reports, blogs, videos, and infographics.
  • Facilitate mid-funnel conversion to opportunities through conference presentations, webinar decks, and customer case studies.
  • Partner with creative, product marketing, marketing operations, client success, and corporate HQ to execute editorial plans and programs.
  • Work closely with executives and subject-matter experts to develop thought leadership articles and papers, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
  • Implement a robust measurement and reporting strategy, establishing benchmarks and clear goals to connect awareness efforts to marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and conversions.
  • Oversee freelance writers and manage agency relationships, ensuring quality and brand consistency in all content produced.
  • Coordinate content activation plans with marketing partners, including Design, Communications, Brand, Social Media, SEO, and Web teams.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand marketing, thought leadership, and content strategy.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing thought leadership campaign strategies, with a strong understanding of campaign management and measurement.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to craft unique, differentiated perspectives and thematically compelling thought leadership content.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex topics into easy-to-understand language across various formats.
  • Comfortable with data-driven content marketing, leveraging industry, survey, and customer data to create compelling storylines and track content performance metrics.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment with key stakeholders on content and strategy.
  • Experience managing content and design teams, freelancers, and agencies to scale quality content production in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about execution excellence, bringing creativity, positivity, and high energy to complex projects.
