- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Audit and Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Previously worked in consulting or with a Big 4 experience highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights (experience in tools like Power BI will be advantage)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in senior stakeholder management and working in large organizations with intercompany transactions.
