- Create and maintain both internal and external communication programs to establish an ongoing channel of communications across all business units, stakeholders and the community.
- Establish a consistent channel of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with selected vendors to deliver internal and external communications deliverables –e-newsletters, e-communication, dual language intranet, CEO’s address; messages from leadership.
- Produce internal and external written announcements and letters in English.
- Work with the events team to deliver internal events for the company.
- Liaise with External and Internal Communications Managers/Directors and agencies on all communications tasks assigned.
- Reinforce the positive reputation of the company via building relationships with stakeholders and the community.
- Communicate with internal business units to collect, verify and check information and content.
- Liaise with Heads of Comms to align on major announcements and comms plans and strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all internal stakeholders to source out internal and external messaging and updates delivering on the communications strategy and plans.
- Align with the Marcoms Department management on the strategic messages and updates.
