- Utilize inventory optimization tools to maintain optimal stock levels in collaboration with the Inventory Specialist.
- Review daily inventory reports to assess stock levels against demand and adjust re-order levels accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for stock disposal and prepare reports for Inventory Lead.
- Assist in transferring stock between warehouses and reconcile inventory levels in the management system.
- Support Inventory Specialist in data management tasks, including physical stock counts and item catalogue maintenance.
- Create report on periodic basis for stock disposal items and share report with Inventory Lead.
- Manage receipt, recording and tracking of spares, perform physical stock checks.
