- Establish an internal communications strategy for the company and all its subsidiaries.
- Support the Marketing team with the processes and procedures development for Content Management.
- Create and implement an Internal Communication global best practices plan.
- Follow the organization’s brand guidelines, identifying and implementing refinements as required for an internal audience.
- Develop all processes related to briefing: Receiving briefs, developing briefs, briefing, and debriefing stakeholders and management.
- Develop an internal communications annual calendar, aligned with group-wide objectives.
- Execute internal communications operations including planning, campaign management and delivery, content development, copywriting.
- Develop and create a playbook for crisis communications and identify stakeholders that need to be established as members of the crisis communication committee.
