Job Description

- Creative copywriting and content development and execution of planned and ad hoc internal and external communications content.
- Work with internal/ external contacts to help create, promote, and publicize the outcomes of events, activities that support business objectives and corporate goals on internal and external channels.
- Edit and proofread written materials for quality and adherence to appropriate writing style.
- Social media style content development – video production, copywriting.
- Community management – social media channels/ internal platform as required.
- Internal stories for the internal platform – support the Internal Communications team with KPI of publishing 2 posts per day.
- Video production and editing execution – directly supporting with in-house production of videos e.g., storyboard development, interviews, capturing b-roll, editing for in-house videos.
- Assisting external suppliers with video production, logistics, execution and editing.
- Podcast production and editing as required.
- People change communications support as required.
- Undertake training on the internal platform to be able to publish content and act as Global Community Manager.
- Manage and execute communication projects using organizational skills, working with colleagues, vendors, and support agencies, keeping project leaders/managers apprised of status.
- Support with production and delivery of live webinars/ live town hall events/brand activations.
- Event management and production – with specific knowledge and use of MS Teams for webinars Content creation to support the promotion of internal and external events.
- Conduct audits, monitoring and analysis of internal and external communication channels and usage data for analytical reports highlighting trends and recommendations (where data is available).
