- Graduated from a reputable university with a minimum Masters’ degree in Engineering with a specialization or experience in renewables
- Strong technical & engineering background, with exposure to project development/finance/legal/policymaking aspects
- Background in contract development/procurement aspects, commercial knowledge (logistics/insurance/costing/negotiation)
- Ability to synthesize actionable insights relevant to different perspectives, strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to adjust quickly to international and multi-cultural working environment, and able to adapt quickly to new or unforeseen scenarios
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with distributed generation solar projects development and execution across multiple geographies
- Leadership, written and spoken communication skills
- English speaker
