- Ensure the projects HSE with a strong focus on safety according to Company requirements and good practices
- Ensure quality of projects according to MEA Hub/HQ requirements and standards and solar good practices
- Ensure project delivery on time and as per the MEA Hub target
- Ensure project execution in line with investment committee approved budget
- Building good and long-term relations with Client & Partners
- Ensure the cohesion, coordination and skillset of the Metier team
- Ensure recruitment of competent and suitable PM for new affiliates
- Ensure continuous training and Metier development of PM of all affiliates
