This role demands a unique set of abilities merging solid experience in facility management with a keen eye for business development opportunities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing facility operations and driving business growth. Facility Management:
Oversee the daytoday operations of all facilities ensuring they are wellmaintained safe and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules policies and procedures to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to execute maintenance repairs and upgrades as needed.
Manage facility budgets monitor expenses and identify costsaving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Maintain accurate records of facilityrelated activities including maintenance logs inspection reports and inventory management.
Business Development:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities emerging trends and potential clients or partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking cold calling and other business development strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals presentations and marketing materials.
Participate in industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our company s services and expand our network.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Facilities Management Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in facility management including knowledge of building systems maintenance practices and regulatory requirements.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in business development sales or client relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients vendors and internal stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with facility management software or tools is preferred.
