Job Description

  • To support in maximizing the company’s sales and profitability to make sure that branch stock availability is carried out efficiently and products supplied in full and in time.
  • Work closely with sales to define monthly forecast using sales inputs and generates historical data.
  • Carry out all the department’s communication and follow up.
  • Lead forecasting process regarding accuracy and timing.
  • Reviews actual demand versus forecast based on month-end data.
  • Analyses and follows up outstanding customer orders, inventory deviations from targets, non-saleable and maximum shelf life period (MSP) stocks and on-time/late shipments.
  • Monitor FCA and make sure follow up monthly sales.
  • Prepare for SOP meeting and being part of decision maker.
  • Monthly monitoring on stock, alerting expired and damaged items, send action list to HO.
  • Maintain MSL in store according to agreed terms.
  • Follow up on the shipping schedule from the suppliers to monitor the order status.
  • Issue alerts on order receiving dates to update stocks and plans.
  • Maintain a close update on the target achievement with Sales/Customer and relative rebate calculations while copying accounts department.
  • Ensure proper filling of all the department transactions and communication with HO.
  • Coordinate with HO to reduce the lead time in cases of urgent stock requirements.
  • To make sure that the shipments is received in full and in good quality.
  • Control and follow up all POS and/or VAS processed material regarding forecast, demand, and delivery in accordance with inventory related issues.
  • Follow up with HO/customers on all damages or shortages.
  • Follow up on backlogs, take part of shortage management.
  • Creating and defining project goals and objectives.
  • Estimating the project timeline and making sure teams adhere to delivery dates.
  • Ensuring the project has adequate staff to complete each stage on schedule.
  • Providing comprehensive project data to teams to help them work more effectively.
  • Assisting the project manager to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Documenting and maintaining records on project scheduling processes.
