Our company is looking for a dynamic, innovative, and experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase our company's online presence, improve our search engine rankings, and drive traffic to our websites and mobile apps. This is a permanent, full-time position with excellent growth opportunities. The candidate must have a solid understanding of SEO principles, affiliate marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) strategies, and the latest Google search engine algorithms.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve our online presence and search engine rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap recommendations to optimize our content.
- Monitor and analyze our SEO performance and make necessary adjustments to increase our website's visibility.
- Oversee all aspects of our eCommerce SEO, including on-page optimization, meta content, link architecture, and link building.
- Manage our mobile apps' SEO, including app store listing and optimization strategies.
- Utilize tools such as SEM Rush to track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engine algorithms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Develop and manage our affiliate marketing program to increase our reach and drive more traffic to our websites and mobile apps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush and Google Search Engine Algorithm
- Knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
