Job Description
- Ensure that a process is fit for purpose and is performed according to the agreed and documented standard and objectives of the process definition.
- Establish and maintain Capacity Management process in the Core42 platform environment in alignment with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Analyse and report on the current and future capacity requirements of platform infrastructure and services.
- Ensure that platform infrastructure capacity is optimised to meet business needs and minimise risks.
- Collaborate with other ITIL process owners to ensure alignment and integration of processes.
- Continually improve the capacity management process by identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains in the environment.
- Act as the point of contact for all capacity management-related issues and queries.
- Provide regular reporting and communication on the status of capacity management.
- Monitor and report on the performance of infrastructure and services to ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels.
- Develop and maintain capacity plans to ensure that infrastructure and services can meet future business needs.
- Facilitate communication and awareness of capacity management process and procedures with stakeholders.
- Provide training ang guidance to IT staff and business stakeholders on the Capacity Management process.
