Roles & Responsibilities
•Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sourcers, employ individual methodologies to source candidates.
• Proven work experience as a Sr. Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Daily responsibilities include sourcing active and passive candidates, client management, and administration of reqs ATS.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates to include attendance at networking events on behalf of the Company.
