Marketing ContentCommunications Program Manager

Job Description:

• We are on a mission to inspire Client ads sellers to adopt new tools and behavior's that drive greater efficiency and surface revenue-generating opportunities.
• We're looking for a collaborative, creative partner with strong communication skills to join our tools Activation Team to amplify our impact developing marketing content and programs (e.g., communications, trainings) for over 9000+ sellers.
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver internal marketing content (communications, trainings, videos) to support the adoption and use of Google systems and tools, collaborating cross-functionally with product, strategy, sales, and go-to-market functions.
  

Top Daily Responsibilities:

• Independently develop marketing collateral (video, virtual training modules, training presentations, and communications) to sellers to drive adoption of high priority sales tools.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to garner product information and feedback on marketing content.
• Manage the marketing calendar, partnering with cross-functional teams to understand roadmap changes.
• Edit and maintain video tutorial / content as needed.
• Upload content and recipient lists into email distribution system.
• Partner with an analyst to pull user targeting information and run marketing experiments to optimize content and delivery to drive higher engagement.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• 4+ years of experience writing and developing marketing content (e.g., communications, training guides).
• 4+ years independently planning and delivering marketing and communications projects, collaborating across product, business, and other stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience editing videos.
• Experience using the Google workplace suite (e.g., Google docs, Google sheets)
  

Desired:

• Outline and maintain project timelines, including stakeholder syndication and approval time.
  

Education:

• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent.
