Production Manager

1. Production Planning and Scheduling:
   • Develop production schedules and ensure timely execution of orders.
   • Coordinate with other departments such as sales procurement and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Resource Management:
   • Achieve production targets while minimizing costs by effectively allocating resources such as machinery and materials.
3. Cost Management and Inventory Control:
   • Manage and optimize production costs by analyzing and controlling expenses related to materials labor and overhead.
   • Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for all products and ensure costeffective sourcing.
4. Inventory Management:
   • Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products and manage the budget for the production department.
5. Process Improvement:
   • Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency reduce waste and increase productivity.
6. Quality Control:
   • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
7. Safety Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the workplace.
   • Implement safety protocols and provide training to staff to minimize accidents and injuries.
8. Troubleshooting:
   • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the production process whether related to equipment malfunction supply chain disruptions or other factors.
9. Customer Relations:
   • Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and address any concerns or inquiries regarding production processes or timelines.
10. Team Management:
    • Supervise and motivate production staff providing guidance training and support as needed.
