Job Description
- Transportation Services: Safely and punctually transport family members to their destinations, including but not limited to, work, school, appointments, events, and leisure activities.
- Familiarize yourself with preferred routes and alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion and ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the upkeep of the vehicle assigned for transportation.
- Safety and Security :Prioritize the safety and security of family members at all times during transit.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations, including speed limits and road signs.
- Maintain defensive driving techniques to mitigate risks and ensure a smooth and safe journey.
- Professionalism and Discretion: Uphold a high level of professionalism, demonstrating respect, courtesy, and discretion in all interactions with the family members and other individuals.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the family's personal and private matters.
- Act as a representative of the family, exhibiting a polished and professional appearance.
- Communication and Coordination:Maintain clear and open communication with family members regarding transportation schedules, changes, and any specific requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with household staff and other personnel to facilitate seamless transportation arrangements.
- Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure its roadworthiness, including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Arrange for scheduled maintenance and servicing as per the manufacturer's recommendations.
