Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare and send quotations negotiate prices and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
