Job Description
Job Summary:
An Operations Manager for a startup car rental in the UAE with specific knowledge of the regulations set by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daytoday operations of the companys luxury vehicle fleet in accordance with RTA guidelines.
Job Description:
- Recruit train and supervise a team of professional drivers ensuring they are wellversed in RTA regulations.
- Enforce RTAspecific policies and procedures for drivers emphasizing the importance of adherence to traffic and safety rules.
- Oversee the maintenance cleanliness and overall condition of the limousine fleet in alignment with companys set standard.
- Ensure the companys full compliance with RTA licensing permits and operational standards.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans that algins with Dubai Police or any other regulatory authority involve.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the car rental industry and an understanding of cost dynamics in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of RTA regulations and guidelines pertaining to car rental (preferably Limousine) services and online system.
- Knowledge of technology solutions for fleet management and optimization Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- With 4 years of experience as Operations Manager in the same field.
