The Business Development team is looking for an Associate who will be responsible for assisting in building a pipeline of prospects from our consulting institutional and corporate clients. Join us in this exciting opportunity where you can make a significant contribution to our business model.

What Youll Do:
- Partner with senior team members in Business Development to increase user base at consulting client firms by employing a thoughtful and strategic outreach approach.
- Map consulting companies in order to identify target groups and to prepare a comprehensive outreach.
- Build relationships and schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients and senior managers in BD/Client Growth.
- Conduct warm/ cold calls and email outreaches to meet new client activation and meeting targets.
- Work alongside senior BD professionals to provide engaging content for meetings and outreaches to effectively articulate our value proposition.
- Monitor client usage trends and identify inflection points in their usage data to proactively reach out and identify any potential pain points.
- Develop a working knowledge of the consulting market to help communicate Guidepoints value add to clients in the space.
- Work closely with the Client Service team to collect feedback on open client projects .
- Onboard new client users of the service and educate them on the different services Guidepoint has to offer.
- Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape.
What You Have:
- Bachelors degree with strong academic record and extracurricular achievement
- 12 years of experience in sales business development consulting and/or expert network industry
- Outgoing personality with the ability willingness and persistence to make cold calls and speak with people at all professional levels including senior management
- Excellent communicator capable of handling highprofile clients
- Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders of varying seniority levels
- Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
