Engineering Supervisor

Supervise and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support when needed.
Monitor and evaluate engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement engineering strategies and plans.
Review and approve engineering designs, plans and specifications.
Identify and resolve engineering issues and challenges that may arise during projects.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes and regulations.
Supervising the maintenance and repair of engineering equipment and facilities.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the engineering team.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of engineering team members.
Stay up to date with the latest engineering trends and technologies.

Required profile of candidates

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Professional engineering license/certificate.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering.
