As an Operations Manager on our team, you will:

  • Assist upper management in setting goals that promote project growth.
  • Oversee the activity of the team, ensure quality of procedures, and work closely with an experienced senior management team across locations.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to promote efficient operational optimization.
  • Motivate, inspire, and support team members by effectively communicating all objectives and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Prepare budgets and time schedules, and other organizational reports as needed.
  • Determine call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis.
  • Manage team workload to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Identify improvement areas and develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Ensure client requirements are met in a timely manner.

Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:

  • 3+ years experience leading an operational organization in a global environment, responsible for an overall team of up to 100 employees
  • Experience in a contact center or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both remotely and face-to-face.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, an MA is considered an asset
  • Proven evidence of success in operational management, performance management, operational enhancement, and operational change
  • Proven experience in managing and developing two levels of management and their direct reports
  • Proven coaching and leadership skills including evidence of successful succession planning models
  • A proven track record of implementing, delivering large projects, and communicating effectively at the executive level.
  • Fluency in English
  • Attention to detail, efficiency, and time management
