Job Description
- Supply Chain Management
- Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
- Order Management
- Warehouse Management
- ERP Hands-on / UAT (Oracle-SAP-OMS)
- Microsoft Office 365 (Advance or Champion)
- Shorting & clubbing the orders by route planning and Truck loads
- Assigning Trucks with Helpers for the ordered shipments
- Coordinating with stores for required stocks and timely loading and dispatches
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
