Job Description
- Provide technical support for the SAP FI+CO modules, including troubleshooting and issue resolution for both end-users and technical team members.
- Work closely with end-users and other stakeholders to understand and address their Finance related needs. This includes providing recommendations to improve the FI+CO process and identifying areas for system optimization.
- Provide support for SAP FI+CO-related requests, including assistance with user account management, system access, and defects resolution.
- Work with technical team members to identify and prioritize requests for system enhancements.
- Manage and maintain SAP Finance applications, including configuration and customization of the applications to meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program delivery efforts, including testing, training, and documentation. This includes working with the technical team to ensure that SAP FI+CO modules are properly integrated with other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP FI+CO modules. This includes creating functional specification documents and system documentation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to SAP FI+CO modules. This includes attending training sessions and conferences, as well as participating in professional development opportunities.
