- Prepare a baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines as per the project management plan.
- Prepare a detailed construction program for projects, including cost and resource loading as required.
- Prepare periodical (daily, weekly, or monthly) reports and present them to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to collate reports.
- Monitor overall project progress, major milestones, and the planned vs. actual progress schedule.
- Coordinate and facilitate progress meetings regularly.
- Should have experience in preparing claims, EOT, variations, etc.
- Prepare contractual letters for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Developing a project master schedule, updating, monitoring, and reviewing construction schedules, submittals, material deliveries, procurement logs, and daily follow-up
