Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases at the counter.
Maintain a clean and organized sales area to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
Accurately process transactions and handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences to drive sales.
Keep track of inventory levels and restock products as needed.
Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
