- Ensure compliance with renewal procedures, timely submission of quotes, and employ negotiation strategies for high renewal retention.
- Respond promptly to new business inquiries, provide tailored quotations, and implement strategies for high conversion rates.
- Respond to mails within stipulated time frames, settle reimbursement claims promptly, and arrange necessary coverage for endorsements.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, providing clients with proper advice.
