Job Description
- A minimum of 17 years of experience in highway design, with a strong emphasis on leadership roles.
- Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering complex highway design projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
