Responsibilities
As a Permanent Design Scheduler, you will be responsible for the following
- Managing and overseeing the scheduling of all design projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with the design team and clients to establish project timelines and milestones.
- Utilizing advanced Excel and Smartsheets to maintain and update project schedules.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure all aspects of each project are in sync.
- Identifying potential scheduling conflicts and providing solutions to mitigate any issues.
- Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to the schedule as needed.
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the status of design projects.
- Assisting in the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the design team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in design scheduling, client scheduling, and creative project management.
- Proficiency in using advanced Excel and Smartsheets.
