Liaise with senior executive leadership as well as engage with internal and external stakeholders across the government ecosystem to define long term sectoral and organisation strategy.
Oversee the development of a policy evaluation framework that supports the design of key public policies, linking it with the long term strategic initiatives and helping drive innovation and implementation.
Periodically monitor and review existing strategic plans, and keep abreast of latest trends, both regionally and internationally, in order to incorporate them into the entity's long term vision.
Interpret and synthesise performance metrics to identify meaningful insights that can support your decisions.
The Successful Applicant
Must have an undergraduate degree from a top - tier international university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, finance, public policy, or engineering.
An MBA or relevant master's degree is highly preferred.
Must have strategy/management consulting experience from a globally recognised consulting firm.
Must have strong analytical skills, along with excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
Highly motivated and driven, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long- lasting client relationships.
Ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team, while leading a diverse and multicultural team.
