Head Teller

On a day-to-day basis, you will… Supervise and train tellers on proper cash handling procedures, customer service standards, and adherence to banking regulations. Ensure teller operations are conducted accurately and efficiently, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions. Monitor teller cash levels and vault management to maintain adequate funds for daily operations and compliance with security procedures. Resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular audits of teller transactions and vault balances to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal controls.
