Partners with multiple internal and external stakeholders, working in collaboration to implement strategy and the achievement of KPIs.
Manages, influences & negotiates with key senior stakeholders (up to c-suite).
Responsible for business development and work winning, bringing together appropriate capabilities and resourcing to fulfil client needs, accountable for the performance of individual commissions.
Delivers continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned. Drives transformational change.
Provides expert technical advice for services and in support of clients and commissions.
Leads corporate or value adding area in Advisory Services e.g. resourcing, learning and development, contract management, to support the BU Senior Leadership Team.
Promotes the positive outcomes from advisory work to internal and external stakeholders.
