Contributes to the development of functional/departmental strategy in line with the business strategy
Manage and direct the daily activities of leasing
Assists the finance department in preparing annual budgets for operations, utilities, property CAPEX and buildings insurance
Assists the Facilities in preparing repair and maintenance budgets by advising on any possible work required outside of normal repair and maintenance costs
Participate in the decision making and management of Property department as part of a coordinated team
Keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, average prices (Estimated Rental Values) of various areas and maintain appropriate records
