You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAssist with contract administration for all contractor and consultant contracts, including ensuring compliance with contracts, client and contract requirements.
Assist in managing the change/modification process, including documentation for approvals.
Supervision, management and technical direction of all tasks carried out by the QS team.
Ensure all reporting records are correct and up to date and maintain records of all contract correspondence, changes, status reports and other documents for all projects in collaboration with the project team.
Assist in the preparation of cost reports in collaboration with the QS team, covering the areas of budget planning, cost control and estimating.
Review and examine documents prepared as part of the contract formation and amendments process.
Advise and keep the Commercial Contracts Manager informed of all activities.
Maintain KPI records to ensure compliance with client operations.
Review cost plans prepared by design consultants and provide advice regarding value and cost engineering.
Reviewing bills of quantities prepared by design consultants and contractors and ensuring their conformity with drawings and specifications.
Review cost estimates provided by the consultant/contractor to ensure compliance with the agreement, contract drawings, specifications and best practices.
Implement contract management and administration procedures as required.
Costing. Cost planning and cost comparison as appropriate.
Perform other duties as directed by the Line Manager/Supervisor.
Submit all results in an accurate and timely manner.
