We're looking for an experienced Framing Foreman (Superintendent) to manage the installation of prefabricated framing inspired by Scandinavian building methodology on large new construction multifamily projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading crew leads, attending field operations meetings, and spending the majority of their time onsite.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 40-50 hours per week.
Site Locations: Denver, CO (Uptown, Hale, Lowry) and Longmont, CO
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of safety on the job sites you over see.
Quality control on framing, siding, deck and roof productions.
Managing subcontractors
Leading a crew of 10-20 people.
Reading blueprints and plans
Additional responsibilities include leading toolbox talks, managing safety onsite, performing layout of crew leads, managing quality and tagging issues that need attention, managing punch lists, conducting job walks with inspectors, and overseeing the relationship with developers and owners onsite.
The role also involves managing materials and facilitating communication between the project and office.
Job Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as framing foreman or site superintendent for wood-frame multifamily projects or single family residential.
In-depth knowledge of the framing process and quality control
In-depth knowledge of wood frame construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines
Proficient at reading and understanding drawings, plans, codes and blueprints
Proficient in construction management software, email, scheduling etc...
