What will you be doing?
• Establish master copy storage and database for all documentation.
• Log and file communications, update drawing and document status record and generate reports.
• Track and coordinate staff leave schedules.
• Examine project specific documents, including drawings and specifications to verify information provided by consultants.
• Ensure timely and accurate update of all sources of information
