Responsibilities:
• Analyze and review project specifications and drawings to determine materials, labor, and equipment needed for bidding purposes.
• Source and obtain competitive bids from vendors and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services required for projects.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor and track project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to budget and provide regular updates to project management team.
