Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or Property Consultant in the retail sector in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the local retail market and understanding of leasing trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of retail leasing in the UAE.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving leasing targets.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and tenants.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
