Developing a pre-opening timeline before the store opens.
Setting up the store which includes everything from arranging displays to setting up the point-of-sale system to installing security systems.
Need to develop a budget and timeline for ordering inventory to setting up the store layout.
Active search for objects according to the company's criteria, obtaining the most favorable rental conditions.
Commercial assessment of the location. (For the profit of future stores)
Conducting negotiations at the level of top officials, signing contracts;
Communication with related departments of the company for the opening of the store.
Control of project execution and compliance with the construction schedule;
