Job Description
- Manage and oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and employee performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of branch staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to achieve overall company objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on branch performance and progress to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and implement best practices within the branch.
