What will you do?
- Interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Guide the guest through Sofra BLD menu.
- Suggest options based on the customers palate and taste.
- Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
- Work with Sofra BLD and Kitchen colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
- Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
