Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for an Event Coordinator located in Dubai. As an Event Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events vendors and timelines. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients to ensure their needs and preferences are met. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning or coordinating
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of budget management and vendor negotiation

Bachelors degree in hospitality marketing or related fields is preferred but not required.

Experience with event planning software and applications is a plus.
