Engineering Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities Job Description MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: REPAIR & MAINTENANCE 1.1.1 Supervise and directs the daily activities of all Engineering Department Maintenance Manager/ Supervisors and subordinators. 1.1.2 Observes activities to ensure adherence to policies and operating procedures. 1.1.3 Check on completed repair and maintenance works to ensure that established standards have been met. 1.1.4 Responsible for maintaining fire, life and safety system with high level of standard. 1.1.5 Monitors store stock and adherence to quality standards during the receiving of goods. 1.1.6 Responsible for data collection and analysis of data leading up to the preparation of the P&L and Capex budgets. 1.1.7 Handles grievances, suggestions and complaints by colleagues and recommends
