Position Overview: The Receptionist/role at Gulf Water Treatment Co Ltd. is a key position within our
organization emphasizing the importance of creating a positive and welcoming environment for both visitors and
internal team members. As an Emirati Receptionist/Administrator you will be responsible for a range of duties
including reception responsibilities administrative support language proficiency in Arabic and English customer
service documentation maintenance collaboration with the team ensuring confidentiality and additional tasks
related to government coordination client followups and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties:
Warmly greet and receive visitors in a professional manner.
Efficiently handle incoming calls directing them promptly.
Maintain the reception areas cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and support conference arrangements.
Handle travel arrangements for business trips.
Issue gate passes for staff as needed.
2. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to various departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in monitoring office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed.
Follow up with clients government departments.
Coordinate with Printer Company for printer issues and requirements.
Arrange courier services for document shipments as per instructions.
3. Language Skills:
Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic.
Proficient in English for effective communication with nonArabic speakers.
4. Customer Service:
Assist clients and visitors providing necessary information.
Uphold a high standard of customer service consistently.
Follow up with clients for feedback and satisfaction.
5. Documentation:
Maintain accurate and uptodate records.
