- Oversee the reservation and booking processes for multiple hotels within a cluster
- Train and supervise a team of reservation agents to ensure optimal performance and customer service
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues related to reservations and bookings
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and bookings
- Develop and implement strategies to increase reservation and booking efficiency and revenue
- Communicate regularly with hotel management and staff to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Analyze and report reservation and booking trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of the hotel operations

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Arabic Speaker is MUST.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hotel industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze data and report on trends
